Hacking psp gpsp error help

i recwntly tryed using the gba psp emulator and when i start it up all i get is
error in load/start TV OUT module
any idea how to fix this
also when i press anybutton a blue screen in the top lefthand conner appears

edit: ok so i tryed gpsp-j and its working fine

do you have it connected to a tv?

i just tryed using gpsp-j and got it working.
