PSP Go DXR-8 battery mod?

ive read posts on Reddit a few years ago where people recommend 1500mah DXR-8 batteries for the PSP Go to get more battery power without the armor mod.
All links to products are US/UK-based and i cant order there.
Does anyone have a lead on getting the 1500mah batteries in europe or maybe from china?
Would perhaps a different battery fit just as well? Trying to breathe some new life into my Go, any help would be greatly appreciated!

i know, you can get those here, too, their stated values, as modest as they are, sadly are still usually fake and the results are bad (already have one of those).

a modded 1500mah cell for the PSP Go on taobao. Parcelup is a proxy that lets you buy on taobao without being chinese. Took me a while to find this, because they used to be sold as 1900mah (see what i mean about fake batteries?).

Well, they are either OEM batteries or they are (allegedly compatable) third party ones so i'm not sure what you mean by 'fake' if you don't mean third party batteries. I don't have a clue about that mod you linked to so...

Thats still amazing tho since it even outshines the original Sony batteries by 570mah.
A good third more runtime than when it was brandnew.

i've been wondering about these replacements, the vita1000, the switch lite battery swaps. How does the psp handle charging it correctly?
