Okay so Persona 3 Portable is on sale and i was planning on picking it up, problem is i dont have a PSP or a PS3. is there a way to play PSP games on the PC? Do ps2 games run on a PC emulator, because i could play Persona 3 FES instead.

Sorry for all the questions.

The PSP emulator is not worth your time.
If your computer can run PCSX2 then by all means try it. (It can run legit PS2 games from the disc drive)

A quick Google will reveal to you that PSP emulation is, in short, 'terrible' at the moment.

As Twiffles mentioned, PCSX2 is probably the best PS2 emulator right now.
What are your computer specs?

Plus fwiw Persona 3 FES is just the most awesome thing....The Answer is an amazing addition that the PSP version sadly loses out on.

@Twiffles, Raiser, and Originality, thanks for the help ill try PCSX2
@xist yeah P3 FES is one of the greatest JRPGs, sad that P3P doesnt have it.

thanks again guys

PS2 emulation recommends at least 3Ghz to run smoothly, but I've heard most games work fine on it (if your computer meets the specs).
PCSX2 needs a dual core CPU that supports SSE2 to run decently.
