Motherboard TA-081.
I'm using a charger, no battery.
The console powers on, it displays the sony logo. Next it shoud ask to set the date. But the date is missing. I can see only the background . It doesn't freeze, because the "wave" is moving in the background. No, there's no loading circle in the corner, like when the umd door is open.

I used Baryon Sweeper. That way i can install fw 6.61 or the ark cfw. It installs without errors. But when it reboots, i have the same issue.
If i use the option " boot 6.61 ark from memorystick", everything is fine, but that means to use the baryonsweeper everytime i boot the console.

Was your console bricked before using Baryon? (Not Bayron, nor Byron).

I don't know. It acted like i've mentioned. It powered on, after that it shoud ask to set the date. But that setting was missing.
I've added a video in the first post. it stays like that forever.

Then why you used Baryon, instead of other ways of modding the PSP?

What other ways? The console stayed like in the video. I couldn't access the menu.
Post automatically merged:

The NAND chip might be dying / dead.
The nand has only 2 bad blocks: 648 and 649. I really hope it's not that, since the emmc is combined with the ram in a single ic.

I could use a little trick, but I want to fix it properly.
I could just replace the supercap and wait for it to fully charge. Then use BaryonSweeper's option "boot 6.61 ark from memorystick" and set the date. Now the date will be saved and the console will work even when it boots from nand. It will work like that until the supercap discharges.
