Homebrew PSP Emulator?

Hey guys, I'm wondering if there's a PSP emulator for the 3ds. Before you say "oh dude, buy a psp", I have a PSP but I would like it to play it on a n3ds

just saying it would be hard to do a psp emulator if we can't do a n64 emulator on the 3ds or n3ds

How bizarre just this morning I was thinking it's been a while since someone has asked if a psp emu was possible and then a few hours later someone asks that very question.

People also said "No there will never be livestreaming from your 3DS to your PC, too weak hardware" and look what we have lol

But yeah, I do get that the 3DS is a bit too less powerful to run PSP games

IIRC, PSP hardware is very similar to the N64. If we're not sure if even the New 3DS can run N64 games at reasonable speeds, don't expect an emulator for the PSP anytime soon.

Heck even the fucking Raspberry Pi 2 can't run N64 games well with Retroarch... So we should give up hope immediately xD
