First, I would like to preface this by mentioning that this issue happens on a v1000 and v2000, both were upgraded to OFW 6.61 before installing Infinity CFW, and each using 1gb memory cards.

Here is how I installed Infinity CFW:

1. Run LME Installer for 661
2. Run LME Launcher for 661
3. Run Infinity Bootloader Configuration , press Left, and choose ME CFW by neuron
4. Press home button and exit
5. Run 6.61 Infinity Firmware Builder

***at this point, getting to the VSH menu comes up when pressing SELECT***

6. Copy DATA.MFC to PSP/GAME/FLASHER folder on my memory card
7. Run 6.61 Infinity Firmware Flasher

After all that, I cannot get into the VSH menu.

Any help is appreciated!

P.S. I would install a 6.60 CFW, depending on the installation method.

If you go into the PSP recovery menu by switching on and holding down the r trigger there should be an option to enable the VSH menu

That doesn't work.

I ultimately downgraded to 6.60 and installed CFW 6.60 with no issues.
