After reinstalling pso2 because of multiple server drops, I cannot seem to be able to see my character preview in shops, as if it's been censored. here is what im dealing with. if anyone can help explain wth is wrong, i'd appreciate it.

I remember there being something you had to press to view a preview of the equipment, it's been a few months though so I forget...
it's always been automatic for me, but if I cant find a solution soon, im just gonna try another reinstall and hope that will fix it.
