Hacking PSN Store on homewbrew

Hi all,

I'm still a bit new to some of this. If I have the Al azifs DNS for the jailbreak, am I still able to access the psn store to download previously purchased games from my account? Or will it cause my account to get banned?

there's supposedly a way to get the download links, but I don't know the process. I think modded warfare made a video on it. I don't know what you do about licenses though.
