Hardware PSN sign in loop problem fix

if you are have trouble signing in to the PSN (you keep looping back to the sign in screen)

login to the SEN web page and accept the the ToS (you can now have 2000 people on your friends lists)
then reboot the Vita

you should then be able to sign in just fine and nor loop to back to the sign in screen

The list has now increased to 2000. The cuffs are off!
