Considering they had the exact same PSN at launch when the PS3 was $699, I'd be damn pissed off if I had an outage.

I would like to doubt it's Anon but Sony not giving a warning or explanation for the outage, just doesn't sound right. Anon probably got his panties up in a bunch after his fail protest. If Anon was in my country, me and my pals with seriously hunt him down and sodomize him with a Xbox 360.

Not all outages are planned or attacks. It's just as possible its due to hardware failure somewhere within the PSN infrastructure. They're not always easy to locate or to fix.
