Gaming PSN / PS3 servers shutdown?

PS3 PSN itself? I wasn't able to find anything on that but it looks like a few PS3 games online are going down

PS3 – Warhawk

Online servers for Warhawk will be shut down on 31st January 2019 at 08:00am GMT. As Warhawk is an online-only title, this shutdown means that the game will no longer be playable unless the PS3 system is set to LAN mode, as only local network play will function.

Will I be able to play games like black ops 2 and play with my friends online, message them and add friends?

Until they pull the servers for Black Ops 2.

PS3 login servers will stay online for a while longer.

Some games, like for example Minecraft, require a PSN account. I dont have one. I know getting one is not an issue but I'm on CFW so I didn't think I was going to get involved in that. Well, now I've changed my mind. I'm going to get one. Question is once it's past March 2019 (which I head is the end of PSN+ for the PS3) will I still be able to play those games?
