I've got three PSN accounts I've used in three different countries. Do I have to run the exploit on each one? And will any packages I install only work in the PSN account I installed it on?
One other question... In one of them I had bought Uncharted 4. Can I switch to that country again to play it or can I not leave my current PSN anymore that I ran the exploit on?

When you run the exploit it affects the entire system, so only by rebooting will you need to run it again. Packages should accessible by all users. Not sure of that's due to the exploit or the way they are fake signed.

Ok, thank you! You're right, I just tried and all the pkgs I had installed were playable. The problem I'm having is that I can't play the games that were bought and paid for on the previous PSN account because without being able to go online, I can't activate that PSN account which for some reason it needs to do. So, can I reboot and NOT activate the exploit and go online? Or is that aproblem because of the pkgs that were installed with the exploit being there?

You have the account and the games on the console? Does it appear on the main screen or do you have to go to the Library?

I have the account and both games on the console. Yes. I can even see the GB they take up. But there are locks on both even on the PSN I bought them on.

Dunno then :/ The lock persists after you run the exploit? The only solution I see is to reinstalled them with the PKG installer from another onlise source and when and if PSN connectivity is ever restored, download them again from you account.

Use the reactpsplus payload.
It reverts your psn purchases back to a date where they would have been active :)
Hmm.. I'm confused. Not quite sure what that would do for me?

Is it not in ANY way possible to reboot the PS4, go online without running the exploit and then run the exploit after you're done?

going online means updating.

Oh, that's right. Brainfart. It's already moved on from 5.05, I forgot.
With respect to reactpsplus, the thing is I can SEE the games on the dashboard. They just have a lock on them. And if I try to play them even in the PSN account they were purchased in, they still claim they need activating.

not sure. I've yet to have that problem, but I rarely play my ps4, so I haven't tested every game. I've only dumped them. reactpsplus is supposed to work, but I've never used it. the licenses expiring crap is outrageous if you ask me. it sounds like a microsoft move.
