Emulation Homebrew PSA For Homebrew : Use External Drives

@simbin recently discovered with the Xbox exploit, that such error was occurring with Gamr13 UWP's where files/folders/games blanking or corrupting... to maintain internal SSD facilities it's not recommended to side load your internal storage with content. Use an external device at setup, as was the suggested setup to prevent this error from occurring. I suggest all gen consoles (Xbox One/Series) do this, as precaution?

Thanks for helping raise awareness. I’m not entirely sure about this, as I’m also experiencing the issue on my external storage—actually, all of my storage is affected. Additionally, I can’t pinpoint this as being specifically related to Gamr13, since he hosted several UWPs from various developers, any of which could be the source of the problem.

Not necessarily saying the UWP's were cause, mainly using the scenario as a time reference, and what ultimately, was being done to prevent issue... I should've stated it was a time reference as a means to look up the issue people were experiencing then with the "retail dev mode"
