Hardware PSA:AMD Crimson Relive Drivers

In building my new Ryzen PC, I've learned that if you do not use AMD Cleaner Utility BEFORE UPDATING, you often get hung at loading screen into Win10 if you update the driver over another.

So, be sure to use it before updating your AMD GPU Drivers!

this is untrue, I have been updating drivers over one another since the relive drivers were released, and before that when it was just ccc

I haven't had any issues at all, updating the ReLive drivers several times, on 2 computers. One with an Rx 460, and one with an R9 380
