Hello I have a PS5 on 11.0 firmware that was working perfectly fine with the 1.4 blueray jailbreak. I went to load it this last time it completed and when it went to disable the blueray it went to black screen and then crashed. It booted into safe mode and the only option is to do a firmware update and fatory restore the last option in the safe mode window.
I tried downloading 11.0 firmware put it on a USB drive under PS5 folde snd then UPDATE folder. It wont take the update and tells me to grab the latest.
I got the firmware from here https://darthsternie.net/ps5-firmwares/ mine is a US box. I do have a backup I made of my system. Any help would be appreciated.
