Hardware Ps4 slim usb not working ( no power no data )

I have a ps4 slim with usb ports that don't work at all no power no data neither in safe mode neither in the menu, I changed the southbridge and no change and I noticed one thing the wirelles does not have the 3.3 v

From my experience it is very common.
