Gaming PS4 remote play on PC error

Hello,

I've trouble setting up remote play on my friends PC. Whenever I insert remote play code to connect his PC to my PS I'm getting error "Unable to connect to the PS4".

Things to consider:
His PC isn't connected to my network. He lives few miles away from me.
I've tried to restart my console, set up network, connect it with cable, uncheck connect Directly to the PS
turning off antivirus and firewall

Also remote play works on my PC, phone and PS vita

Any ideas what else could I try?
