Gaming PS4 Pro patches on disc?

Hi, what the title says do have new PS4 Pro enhanced games have those patches on disc?
I hear in a youtube video that Skyrim limited edition have those patches on disc, are more games have this?
I undertsand for older games that you need to download those patches, but I like to buy games as GOTY editions becase all those patches and DLC are on disc.

New games going forward should have Pro support without any patch if they have the "pro enhanced" logo on the box.
