Hacking PS4 Homebrewing

I hope to be getting a PS4 for christmas, and I wanted to jailbreak it and use the remoteplay to play Persona 5 on my PSVita, because portable P5 is the dream. Do I have to worry about being banned, and if so, does getting banned remove my ability to do remoteplay?

I believe the ps4 need to be activated or atleast that you restore a backup that contain a profile that is activated. As for backup games you need to be 5.07 or under.

If it is linked to one account if it get banned both units get ban.

As for activating profile on lower firmware you can look into this.

Use PS4REN payload (remote play enabler) and connect to Device or PSVITA.

You can use hacked versions of remote play app for Windows that support 5.05 no problem.

No need for activated profile.

No just run 5.05 HEN, run REN payload > go to settings pair device > reboot console > profit.

No need for any activation.

I added this info to the AIO guide thread a while back, I’m sure it’s in the OP.... I’ll check...

Edit: nope I still have the old method before REN existed, I will update it asap.
