I have just sold my old PS4 and buy new one and on my old PS4 i have a lot of game with my account.
When i shall login with my account on my new PS4 i get"Can't sign in with someone else's login ID"

Do a factory reset and unlink your PSN account through your account portal using your browser;

1. Log-in through here: https://account.sonyentertainmentnetwork.com/
2. Go to "Other Options"
3. Then Devices
4. You'll see on the right pane a Deactivate devices button.
5. Press that and continue with deactivating all of your devices.
6. After which try logging into your new PS4.
