I am having trouble getting two controllers to work. I have a Deltaco Gaming controller and a PS4 DualShock 4 controller. I have two USB cables; one works with the Deltaco Gaming controller, and the other works with the PS4 DualShock 4 controller.
I performed a hard reset on the PS4 DualShock 4 controller; now it flashes white for a second, turns orange, and then goes completely white—meaning it is off. On the Deltaco Gaming controller, the light turns orange, but then it flashes white when I connect it to the PS4. When I connect the PS4 DualShock 4 controller to the PS4, nothing happens when I press the PS button.
