I just bought this ps3 slim and Im just wanting to run ps1/ps2/ps3 backups.. Is this possible with my ps3?

I'm Really not sure how it works as I've yet to try it my self, only got a hackable model

Cold boot means when you turn the console on. Late 250x and 3xxx/4xxx don't support cold boot and you have to run the exploit every time you turn the console on.

I think there are some things you can only do if you have a cold boot exploit, but I do & so I'm not completely clued up on it.

download the HFW PS3update.PUP and put it on a USB stick. apply the update.

then in ps3 browser go to ps3 xploit.com
