PS3 remote play for 3DS

Would it be possible to make a homebrew for the 3DS that allows it to act like a psVita so it could run remote play ?

No, to my knowledge there isn't anything like Chiaki for the PS3 and thus nothing we can port to the 3DS

Sounds plausible for the N3DS, which has hardware accelerated h264 decoding* - the fun will be porting "Open Remote Play" so that you can use a room heater PLUS a short lasting battery to more inefficiently watch media or play the few compatible games

* there are 3 variants of remote play, the h264 based ones are the hardest on the PS3 and therefore the least compatible even if you mod the param.sfo to enable it on all the titles where it's disabled, while the simplest one comes with the fun of also porting an ATRAC3 decoder
