Hardware Ps3 infinite loop (error 8002f1f9

Hi, I'm stuck on this error, every time I start ps3, it keeps trying install the cfw, and then stops at 60%, giving the error 8002f1f9.
I tried taking out the disk, disassemble everything and changing the battery, nothing worked.
Before I send it to trash, what is left to try, or a work around?
