The title says pretty much everything, the reason why i’m using Irisman to dump them is because i’ve heard that it uses makeps3iso internally which is supposedly the best dumper out there, while Multiman uses genps3iso instead which apparently has some problems. Anyway, I can still mount and play games dumped via Iris in Multiman if i select it in mmOS, but they won’t show up in Multi’s main menu, which makes launching them a little tedious and I can’t use the auto-downloader to get covers/boxart icons for them. They are properly recognized by other backup managers though, like Irisman (obviously), Managunz and Webman MOD.
Anyway to fix this? My PS3’s on HFW 4.84 with HEN 2.3.1 installed and I used this guide to get the versions of Multiman and Irisman that i’m using, as well as to learn how to dump discs via the latter. https://www.psx-place.com/threads/tutorial-ps3hen-the-great-ps3-hen-all-in-one-guide.24369/ (See: Part Three - Homebrew and Part Four - Backups)
EDIT: I forgot to mention one other thing - if it matters, when I backed up my games through Irisman, I chose not to split them into 4GB parts, as I figured that wouldn’t be necessary as they’re getting dumped to dev_hdd0 and not an external drive that’s been formatted for FAT32.
