Hacking PS2 logo doesn't animate while starting ps2 mode

I know this isn't a big problem but...
Whenever I load a ps2 iso with webman MOD, the playstation 2 logo appears but doesn't animate while appearing...

any idea why this happens

I don't think it ever does? At least not for mine. It just goes to no signal on my tv, an my Dualshock 3 turns off and I have to turn it back on.

Why would this matter to you if you can play the game?

Nm maybe I misunderstood you, you're saying it does show but doesn't animate. I have no idea. Can you play PS2 games?

What? Of course the ps2 games work, perfectly in fact!
But there's this TIIINNNYYY problem which is actually not a problem but rather a "why does this happen" thing.
When the ps2 iso loads. my tv resets the resolution a buncha times and then the ps2 logo appears but without an animation....
And I saw some videos that showed ps2 isos running on webman with an animated ps2 logo (you know, the one with the "woosh" sound)
...so... maybe I did something wrong with the display settings? idk
Nevertheless, this the only thing that kinda bothers me (actually not at all), but the games work perfectly.
