Hello!
I've got a weird problem with the PS2 Classics GUI to produce a fpkg-file that I can play on my PS4 (Jailbroken on 9.00).
Here's what I've done:

I checked if the ROM I'm trying to play is working (and yes, it is: Lego Star Wars - The Video Game).
So I got my ROM ready and downloaded PS2 Classics GUI.
I made an exception for my antivirus (Avast Free Antivirus).
I started the PS2 Classics GUI and pasted in the ISO (rest was given then: NP Title: SLUS21083, Title: LEGO Star Wars).
Then I created the package and copied it over to my USB drive (which is working because I installed the Homebrew Store before).
Then I tried to install the package but my PS4 tells me "Download not possible" (or something like that, I'm sorry... I'm not from a country where english is the main language).

I really don't know what to do and I desperately hope that you can help me. I wish you all a great day.

You converted the game via the program to PKG? If as is, then it may or may not work.

I don't rely on that list because results seem to vary.

Now, when installing a PKG, it's in the main location of the HDD/USB without folders, but your issue appears to be something else. I never got that error.

Wow, that's a quick response.
Yes I did. The problem is that the lists only say how games will perform and not if you can install it or not. Even if the game was unplayable, it would be installed anyway. Maybe a video would help this case?

I always use NTSC-U copies so there's no slow downs like PAL copies used to have, but when the NTSC-U version doesn't work then I try the PAL and NTSC-J to see if it does. Sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn't.

This game was one I used to play way back so I'm keeping it installed as it's a lot of fun.

That's strange... because I used the same game. Where did you download it?

Can't mention that here, but if you already have an ISO of the game then just convert and install it.

I don't know why your PS4 is showing that message, it's very odd.

I try to use a different iso file...
Should I briefly uninstall Avast? Maybe it's my anticheat's fault...

The antivirus has nothing to do with it. I've converted over 50 PS2 games and not once thr AV popped up.

See if you're using the official PS2 PS4 Classics GUI.

That's the one I too use and after each use, I have to delete the folder from App Data or it only shows a white screen next time. The Dark Programmer did an excellent job, but there's some incompatibility or w/e with it.
Strange i tried it and it worked perfect. I will try again over next few days and report back

I fully respect the guy who made this application but it isn't user-friendly at all. He should stop adding gimmicks to the app (like ps4 background sounds) and streamline the actual functions.
