PS2 Classics GUI Crashing on making PKG (PC)

New fix for YLOD 1001/1002

I've seen videos of people swapping out chips with smaller caps and what not but a new printed pcb making it a bit easier seems to be on the horizon. It would be super cool if they stock these pre-made.

when i try to make a pkg it goes good until 5 seconds in when it crashes. it also does when i encrypt and decrypt. but i found a way around that.
