Would the switch be powerful enough to play PS1 and PS2 games?

(I wanted to see spyro 3 and neopets on the go for a long time.)

1st off wii/u didn't get a proper fully working psx emu
2nd forget about the switch ever emulating ps2 pc can barely do it!

Seriously dawg? We don't even have definitive info on what's running on the Switch. Let alone an entry point. Just cool your britches and wait till its out, at least.
