Hacking Ps Vita on 3.55, help!

I have my ps vita on version 3.55, but when I go to the PSN store it won't let me download the game I need to do the ark exploit. and I have the money to buy the game. just not able to go into the psn store? any solution?

Like I say, he's not going to update his Vita because that patches ARK.
