for now it seems there is no backup up and its not know how it happend. prod and biskeys are available. hacdiskmount gives error on dump:

If the question is 'Can I put back the OFW and sell my Switch as a clean Switch?' then I think the answer is no.
There is this guide on how to recover a Switch with a NAND backup from another Switch :

But you're basically cloning the other Switch and that might be a reason for Nintendo to hand out a ban.

You can try using the gptrestore payload from rajkosto.
