Okay here's something on the topic of professional help from nobody other than zeur...
You know what? You folks are right.

We *do* need professional help. Urgently.

For example...

- professional receptionists, who know what's going on and are in
charge of their processes (instead of being hand-held by the
latter);

- a professional tailor, who can make me a pair of pants that actually
fit my body, don't stand out like a sore thumb, and don't tear (or
otherwise break) within weeks;

- professional colleagues, who aren't intimidated when someone has the
temerity to quietly (or, admittedly, sometimes noisily) point out
flaws in *shared* work;

- professional swerver admins, who know the basics of adminship (for
example, making sure the standard e-mail addys are configured);

- professional registrars, that don't make it needlessly difficult to
find contact information for the operator of a domain;

- professional postal workers, who aren't actively destroying their own
organization;

- professional bus drivers, that don't depend on me hand-holding them
through the ticket sale 'just 'cause mewants a day ticket instead of
a single-trip one (this kind of thing seems to happen, these days,
in almost every territory that meshows up in[0]);

- professional public transport operators, who publish maps,
timetables, etc. in a straightforward manner, and who don't employ
overly-complicated ticket systems that the {bus drivers,train
conductors} themselves have trouble navigating;

- and so on.

Please, oh please, tell us where to get that professional help. Me'll
suck your dicks any time if you manage to do that.

Good luck (realistically, you'll need it).

Me's sure that the above will be reason for you to write me off as a
thoroughly unpleasant person. While me admits mehas my moods, in general
the opposite is true; me's very loose and forgiving when people aren't
being jackasses.

Too bad the "people" involved are usually humans. Humans[1], yes. Those
"people" who spend their lives engaging in jackassery[2]. Blegh.

(Oh, did me forget my audience? <g>
Too bloody bad. These things have to be said.)

Me could go on and on and on. Instead, me'll spare you. (Most of you
won't be paying attention anymore by this point anyway. Go and give
Ninty some more of your burger-flipping money.)

Have a nice day[3],

--zeurkous.

[0] The initial couple of times it made me feel superior. Then it
started feeling weird. And now it just feels miserable.

[1] No, that's not self-hate. Medoesn't consider meself human.
(Raised by cats, you see.)

[2] Including cheerfully neglecting responsibilities that they
themselves have created(!).

[3] The most evil phrase in the English language.

Such books always remind me of someone's insightful remark about
Dilbert: "it's sugar to make the medicine go down". (The "medicine"
being bad behaviour from, in the Dilbert case, cow-orkers.)

tl;dr: "Everyone but me is a moron".

Ah, there it is already: the usual response of the cucked. Or let me
say that differently: it's the usual response of those who wallow in
their cuckedness. (That's me main gripe: "people" who really *can*
learn to do better, but bow to insane social pressures not to,
propagating said pressures in the process.)

You know, there's a saying about that...

Oh, please do share it it w/ us :) Can't wait to hear^Wread it.

"Professional" would imply getting paid for it or doing it for a living.

Under capitalism, yes.

This is more sort of "Olympic level amateur" level.

Eddie the Eagle! :D

LeoTCK's fursona.

Nah.

You know why they're not? because they're retards

Actually, it's usually the opposite. Real professionalism requires a
rather independent attitude, which is not loved by most employers (or
governments, or even customers!).

For someone with such mad technical skills, failing to find a way to contact admins on this site is hilariously embarrassing.

Yes, quite embarrassing that the admins failed to provide for the
bog-standard means of contact, and then failed to respond to a thread
Leo posted on the subject.

It's almost as if they don't really know what they're doing. (And,
shall merisk saying it: that they don't really care a patootie about
it. Prove me wrong!)

Admins probably have better things to do than wade through every post of bullshit in the designated bullshit subforum, if you had any skills beyond wailing about standards then you could have located an admin contact with such complicated procedures as reading words with your eyes (or, let's be inclusive here, a screen reader).

(Had to pull up the quote form to see that -- rendered, the post
appeared empty. Any admin here to fix that? 8)7)
