Prodinfo.bin

I have a backup of my prod.keys but not the prodinfo.bin

Can I rebuild a prodinfo.bin using my prod.keys so I can go online.

I have no other backup only the prod.keys and the console doesn't boot

IF You have GPP raw BACKUP, then you have prodinfo as well, prodinfo gen is not perfect, so do your best rebuild other partition like boot0/1 and system to make it partial boot and daybreak/recovery mode update from HOS FW.
FYI, check you SD_card:\atmosphere\automatic_backups if any automatic backup there as well
