Hardware Problems with USB ports

Hi guys, i have a problem with the 2 usb ports on my wii. The WiiSpeack & the logitech microphone aren't recognized by the system.I've used them until 20 days ago. I've a softmod with preloader, cios 249 rev 19 based on ios 37. Fw is 3.2E. I don't know when the usbS stopped working, but i'm sure i haven't changed nothing that can justify this problem. I've tried to plug a Ps3 joypad and i saw it was charging, so i don't understand what's happening.
Can anyone help me?

I plugged Wiispeak and a logitech mic. I've used both of them since 20 days ago without problems
