Problems with save data on Super Smash Bros. 3DS

Hi! A little bit ago I region changed my 3DS but I can't undo it due to some errors (but that's not the point of this thread). I can't update it, therefore I can't save any data. I was thinking of either someone could move their Smash files to their SD card via GM9, upload it to their computer, and send it to me, or I could also delete the file that requires an update. I've already tried removing my internet connection from my 3DS and removing the extra data from the SD card.

Just delete title and ticket of update and install the cia, you could use hshop app for download it, you cannot update with eshop because you changed the region of console, and even with the console with the original region you cannot update games of another region, you must install the update of the game region

You must go to titles in fbi, in the update you must delete title and ticket and install it, if the update is bad you will see smash bros icon loading but staying just there

dlc and updates are installed in sd-microsd, you cannot add it to a physical game

you installed the cia.....that already is pirating if its from a outside source than nintendos eshop.
