Hardware Problems with my graphics card?

I recently built a new computer and got a 1060 to use. When I first started playing overwatch on it I would get 144 fps on ultra but now I'm barely getting 70 fps after updating to the newest version of Windows. Could anybody tell me what might be happening?

i7 7700K, 16 GB G.Skill Trident Z RGB, 2 TB Seagate Barracuda HDD, Asus 1060 6GB Turbo, Asus Z-270 Mobo, Seasonic 500W

Was the latest update the Fall Creator's update? If it was, make sure game mode is working properly. Otherwise you could try rolling back your Nvidia drivers

Yeah the last update was the Fall Creator's. I looked in the settings for the game mode option and there isn't a slider that I can enable it with but the tab is there.
