So I've made:
  1. A NAND backup using FSTOOLBOX on my WiiU in Wii mode
  2. Compiled SNEEK files on PC without any problems
  3. Copied NAND backup on my pendrive (4gb, fat32, 16kb cluster)
  4. Made a "sneek" folder on pendrive and put kernel_usb.bin in it (renamed to kernel.bin)
  5. Copied SNEEK app on SDHC card (8gb, 8 class, fat32, 32kb cluster) and made a folder "sneek" where I put kernel.bin from pendrive
Launching SNEEK app from HBC gives a black screen with messages:
  • 1-512 loaded from NAND
  • Waiting for ARM to reset PPC
At this point console just freezes and the only way to turn off is to disconnect the power supply
What can be the problem here?

Pen drives often exhibit compatibility issues. Further, the WiiU has underpowered USB ports so you may need a Y cable to power an external hard drive using 2 USB ports.

Lastly, you've posted your question in the wii section by mistake.

I'm sorry for posting in wrong section.
Actually I've managed to boot to UNEEK+DI using another SD card and an external hdd (both correctly formatted). But now the problem is, that UNEEK+DI menu don't see any games on hdd, although I have a "games" folder in root of hdd and it has 2 games converted from wbfs to neek via DiscEx 0.9

using DiscEx to convert wbfs?? Are you sure? Isn't DiscEX for Gamecube games only?
Uneek supports gamecube games?
Wii games are wbfs and to be put in folder structure like usb:\wbfs\title [ID6]\ID6.wbfs
You really have me confused.

Well, I tried WBFS games in "wbfs" folder on my hdd and it didn't work.
I tried WBFS games in "games" folder on my hdd and it didn't work.
I tried RAW games in "wbfs" folder on my hdd and it didn't work.
I tried RAW games in "games" folder on my hdd and it didn't work.

So what kind of format of games must be used in UNEEK Drive Interface and where these games must be located?

use WiiBackupManager and make sure your games are not corrupted/bad

WAIT, did you ever used any usbloaders? They all adhere to this format.
If your games work in usbloader, why use neek?

The trick I'm trying to pull of is to launch a Guitar Hero/Rock Band game on a modified nand (installed DLC). Usbloaders can't do such tricks, because I tried to specify all emunand paths in USBLoader GX and game launches, as if there are no DLC installed. So my only option is to use UNEEK+DI that can load a game from HDD to Disc Channel

Neek2o supports wbfs, but not the original neek

So, can you tell, if there are issues with file structure?
