hi I have a problem with this plugin

https://github.com/Maschell/StreamingPluginWiiU

I installed the plugin on Wiiu, I copied a file in Wiiu/Plugin, and the other on WiiU/App, I started the plugin via Hombrew Lancher, I copied my IP by activating the development options, I copied this IP via this cmd command

java -jar .\StreamingPluginClient-0.0.1-SNAPSHOT-nightly-jar-with-dependencies.jar --ip my ip

and I have nothing on the screen and I have this error
