Hacking Problem with sd2vita

Hello everyone, my ps vita 1000 has this problem where after 15/20 minutes of gameplay it says that the memory card has been removed.

I have a sd2vita that before was working pretty good. I tried to clean the contacts of the game slot and memory card slot but I had no luck, what should I do? Is the sdcard in the sd2vita dead?

I read somewhere that using the ps vita without the ps vita memory card can fix the problem, but it hasn't worked.

adapters are true shit, so that's most likely the problem.

Probably the SD2Vita is not seated properly, the newer version out there easily eject compare to like V1 SD2Vita.
