Hacking Problem with PSN account (Mail trick)

Hello, I'd like to download a PSP demo because I corrupted my only PSP game (fuuu) on my Vita, so I tried using QCMA and my PS3 to transfer it, but it says account are different, because I had an older account on my Vita that I lost password, so I'm basically screwed? I'm on 3.36 and want to install TN-V with mail trick.
Also, I thought about formatting my memory card so I could put a new PSN account but wouldn't that require updating? So I can't change my PSN account I guess? If I can without updating, I'd love if you guys could tell me!

nvm: found out you can do it while formatting and using psvita update blocker

Formatting doesn't require a update. All you have to do is restore system but say no to deactivate psn. And it will go through the format as normal and then asks you if you want to format card. Say yes and setup with your new psn. And use a ps3 to activate new psn. I wouldn't waste your time on finding a demo just get a mini at like 1 to 2 gb and make your bubble that way.
