Problem with pokemon scarlet

Hello, i don't know if this is the right place but i'm having a problem with this game, i can't past arven...everytime i choose a move in his battle the game close with the message "the software was closed because an error occurred". This happens only if i chosse a move, if i choose any other options is fine, even run (too bad i can't run from him).
I battled wild pokemons and it's also fine.
I know it's at the beggining of the game and i can try a new game but i wanna know if this issue have solution in case i pass him and happens again.
It's a hacked switch with the most recent atmosphere...i don't know if this matters.

Try installing from another source for Pokemon Scarlet.

I will try this, but is this the only possible solution? The file i have is the leaked version and before at version 1.0 i played until the end without a single crash, i just decided to play againg because the dlc they will release. The only thing bothers me is if happens at the middle or end game and if i lost my save.

did you used any cheats? some bad cheats could corrupt game progress

yes, i used to force shiny and getting the exclusives pokemons.

i tested the game for others 3 sites and the same thing, i trying a new game without cheats.

it was the cheats.....i will never have a complete pokedex

a lot of people have been using the encounter cheat, it should work fine
or you could use pkhex to edit the pokdex

i don't know why is encounter mod is breaking my game, when i was at version1.0.1 i played this game until the end using this cheats but now with version1.3.0 i having this issues and i could not find the old updates for this game.
But is ok, i was thinking if it was related in any way to updating the atmosphere wich i did using a guide since i'm a noob with this subject.
