FIXED! Problem with nds-card.com

Hi not sure where to post this but as they are a sponsor I was hoping I could get some help here. I have used this site before with no issues but on 7/11 I ordered 2 ds cards for 3ds and they shipped 12/11. However there has been no updates on the items since 13/11, the last update says opening. Its now 10 days later and I'm wondering if there is an issue.

I've sent multiple emails but never got a response. Any help would be greatly appreciated

IIRC, NDS Card sends their products via Hong Kong Air Mail, which is generally very slow speed-wise. Travel time is usually 2-4 weeks for the most part.

Was expecting about a month tbh, wouldn't normally worry but it hasn't updated in 10 days and all it said was opening. Haven't had an issue before

You are worried about nothing.
ndscard takes a while, but it will come.
Tracking isn't really reliable with that shipping.

It isn't holiday shipping crunch time yet, so you should probably have your items somewhere around December 10th I'd imagine.
