I have a new 3ds xl running b9s and 11.4 and I tried to update my boot.firm to the newest hourly using the new fork of Luma updater. After rebooting my 3ds the blue light above the power button flashed and then shut down. It couldn't boot into the chainloader or config and the same thing happened without the sd card inserted. Is this a problem with the luma hourlies or my 3ds?

EDIT: Just replaced the latest stable boot.firm and it boots fine now

Try manually downloading a stable build?

Personally I wouldn't use hourlies as sometimes they can break things e.g the above for your case, you're welcome!
