Hacking problem with itouch ds games

i jus got my itouch ds and so far i had 2 problems with 2 games 1st: the legend of zelda phantom hourglass it messess up when i get the sea map
2nd: the world ends with you messes up on the second video is there a reason for this and does this happen to ny of you??
