Heya all,

Am fairly new to this myself but have managed to get games on my TTDS. A using 1.16 and using a mac with OS X to copy the giles. They play no problem, yet every time I copy a game onto it a duplicate appears below the game. For example
Name Size
Age Of Empires 64.0m
._Age Of Empires 4 K

I have tried numerous methods but its not working to get rid of it

When the 4K file is highlighted it give information as

No Save File
GameCode: OS X

Any help is appreciated it anyone has encountered this before

Thanks
Karl

It's a hidden file created by your mac while putting the file onto the DS, uh but it doesn't happen to me anymore since my switch to windows.
Just delete it, (be sure to have hidden files on visible)

i had the same problem in os x, but it's not made by os x alone. do you use rominator? or were the files organized with rominator at some point? or do you use another software to organize the files? you won't be able to find the duplicates by turning on invisible files, and deleting the _dstore file won't work either.

you can try bluharvest as suggested by rominator, but i pretty much just downloaded everything again and never opened them in organization software.

i figured out what was going on with my mac.

ok. while you have the memory card still plugged into the mac, you drag and drop the game and the sav into the trash.

Then, go to trash and with the memory card STILL IN YOU MAC. hit empty trash.

and there you go!
