my cousin bought this acer pc, Acer Aspire E5-576G-514F , it was great for the first 4 months, then it suddenly stopped working.
stopped working:
only charging led, and on led, are turned one when pressing the power button.
the fan is turning, no backlight, no sound , no screen.
start:
all this started one day he updated windows 10, and was watching kodi, when all of a sudden, woof nothing.
some said that the bios might has an issue, but turned out it was not it, then others thought it might be the graphic card.
but nothing, it has been 2 months now,
warranty:
the original store ditched us, they dont care , even though we payed for it, ( its Africa here, no laws)
we contacted acer, turned out their trusted sellers in north Africa Algeria are no longer working here.
in France, they said they dont take responsibility for offshore sold items.
any ideas ? i have some electronic experience , i have a working pc ( acer too
) , i have a multimeter.
