Hacking Problem with Acekard2i and computer.

I tried to put some new games in to my card trough computer, but when I plugged it trough the USB to computer, it kept telling me that the card has to be formated first.
But when I try to do so, it keeps saying that it couldn't finish the formating. Right now I'm unable to open the card folder cause it keeps telling me to format and then just keeps failing..
I unplugged, plugged it back and checked if the card is properly inside but I guess that shouldn't be the problem.
I'm using windows 7.

If that doesn't work download an Ubuntu Linux disk and run it through the partitioner, that's what I did when mine failed.
