I have use braindump to extract romfs the dragon ball ultimate mision 2 and only extract this file: 0004000000120600.cxi on root, it may be that change the rot of files with arm9lh?
I have need solutions please.

You need to extract the romfs from the cxi file. it has already been answered a lot of time btw
