Hacking Problem when moving files to an SD card

So I've just dumped Super Smash Bros. U and I am attempting to move the files over from the dumping location. When I attempt, about 5 mins in to the copying process, it gives this message when trying to move 'dt00'
Message:

0x80070057: The parameter is incorrect.

Am I doing something wrong? Are the files corrupted? Please help.
