Problem syncing earphones with firetv

Hello
Last year, i bought earphone for my mom
We had a bit of trouble syncing them to our firetv but we still made it
However, mom told me that she tried to use them yesterday and they weren't working

In short, we put them in a small wired case to charge them up, and when we take them out of it, they usually automatically sync to the tv

But when i tried them today, nothing...
I removed them from the blutooth devices list from the firetv, but now, the tv just doesn't detect them...

Anyone knows what to do?
I don't have the brand nor the model of the earphones right now, i bought them on amazon and will try to find them back... once found, i'll post the link here

From the home screen, go into the Settings menu and select Controllers & Bluetooth Devices. Choose Other Devices, then Add New Device. Put your Bluetooth headphones into pairing mode and select them when they appear on the screen. Your Fire TV will now stream audio to your headphones when they're connected.
